How do I handle a return during a courier strike?
In the event of a courier strike, you can hold onto the item you wish to return until services resume. We will keep your return request open, and once the strike is over, you can return the item using the original label.
When will my return refund be processed?
Refunds and store credit are issued within a few days of the returned item arriving at our warehouse.
Are sale items eligible for return?
Last Chance or Final Sale products are not eligible for returns. Please double-check sizing and product details before purchasing.
