We make it easy for you to try — and fall in love with — Unbound Merino.

All socks and underwear purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitary reasons. However, if you have any issue with your sock or underwear purchase, please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can find a solution for you.

You can return or exchange all other clothing purchased directly from unboundmerino.com as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition in which it was delivered. We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from the ship date.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and a refund will be processed if the product you requested is unavailable. All items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Shipping costs on the original order (including duties and taxes) are not refundable.

  • United States & Canada: Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse.
  • All Other Countries: Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse. International returns typically take 3–4 weeks in transit before arrival.
